Berkhamsted Town 2 - 2 Rothwell Town

The match has finished at Berkhamsted Town and it may be considered points dropped rather than a point gained as Rothwell threw away a two goal lead against a team battling for survival.

The Bones went into the half time break 1-0 up, but were fortunate to be in such a position having played some lacklustre football in comparison to Saturdays comprehensive win at Stourport Swifts. The half contained few chances from either team but a Rothwell took the lead when a cross from Michael Boyle-Chong somehow found its way into the back of the net.

Early in the second half, Rothwell doubled their tally for the evening following a charge-down of the home keeper's clearance and Ricky Miller slotted in. The Bones however were still struggling to replicate their recent good form and conceded two goals in the space of three minutes midway through the second half to bring the scores level and deny the Bones the full three points.

The result sees Rothwell in 6th place, on level points with 5th placed Woodford Utd and 7th placed Evesham United.
